Jason Lorenz is the Founder and CEO of LDL, a company that he and his wife Shannon started in 2005. Growing up, Jason loved building and planning bike trails, which eventually led to his passion for building furniture and interior carpentry. During the early days of entrepreneurship, Jason drove from job site to job site looking for work, while Shannon personally went door-to-door dropping off business cards. Within a couple of years, Jason’s reputation as a contractor gained traction in the Sea to Sky Community, and that’s when Lorenz Developments Ltd was formed.
Fast forward to today, LDL is one of the leading and most trusted construction and renovation companies in the Corridor. Our team has successfully managed projects ranging from new builds, commercial and strata improvements, restoration work and home renovations. With 20 years in the construction business, we are well-established, fully insured, licensed and recognized by industry trade associations that have the highest standards for professional conduct and service.
